Sales Associate positions includes inside sales, assisting customers, stocking and pricing products, tinting and mixing paint, and making local deliveries in company van. Perfect for a career-driven college student who wants a reputable company to grow with. Primary duties consists of interacting with contractors so exceptional people skills is a must! Approximately 15- 20 hours per week.

Interior Decorator position responsibilities will consist of color recomendations, traveling to customer's homes to suggest design ideas for furniture, tile, and all areas of home decor. Primarily relationship building with our customers to build repetoire. You will also stock and price products, maintain store displays and tint and mix paint. Pay will be determined based on qualifications. Perfect for a design student, or a stay at home mom who wants to resume a career in the colorful world of Sherwin Wiliams. Approximately 30 hours per week, but we will be flexible for the right individual. Prior experience in interior decorating or sales is preferred.

Physical Requirements:
• Employee is required to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50lbs. frequently and up to 100 lbs. on occasion.
• Employee will spend approximately 20% of the day sitting, 25% standing, 45% walking and 10%
stooping, climbing and kneeling.
• Employee is required to tint paint, therefore, must have good color perception.

Additional Requirements:
All applicants must have a high-school diploma or equivalent, possess a valid drivers license, have good communication skills and an ability to work all scheduled hours (some weekends required). Those under consideration for this position will be subject to a background check.
