Schedule: Part Time

KEY RESULT AREAS

Guest Service
• Educates guests on Tommy Bahama lifestyle, culture, and atmosphere.
• Creates and interactive warm buying and welcome Tommy Bahama environment for buyers and not yet ready buyers.
• Generates hospitality and flexibility with the guests.

Teamwork
• Partners to achieve sales goals for the benefit of team and business.
• Assists team members with steaming, hanging, and folding of apparel. Uses these duties to inspire motion and activity in the store and improve the buying environment.
• Ability to perform a variety of retail tasks.

Procedures
• Maintains loss prevention standards through awareness and guest service.
• Correctly utilizes cash management practices and procedures at POS

Store Ambience
• Keeps the Tommy Bahama store a clean and safe environment.
• Partners with store merchandiser to create a beautiful store to the guest’s sight, and senses.

Product Knowledge
• Actively seeks out information to keep current on product knowledge (style, care, pricing).
• Partners with other team members to be aware of product movement and stock patterns.
• Creates full clothing ensemble options with existing inventory to provide outfit ideas to guests.
• Knows what will be available in coming seasons in order to get the guest excited about coming back to the store.

EXPERIENCE, TALENT AND EDUCATION

• Prefer some retail experience that includes direct Guest Service and POS
• High School education
